Kaimenyi: I Will Not Resign Over Laptop Debacle

Education Cabinet Secretary Prof. Jacob Kaimenyi says he will not resign over the laptop project tender controversy. Prof Kaimenyi insists that the awarding of the tender to an Indian firm – Olive Telecommunications – was above board…however, the Cabinet Secretary said he will abide by the decision of the public procurement administrative review board to cancel the tender over procurement flaws.
