Kajiado women launch anti-miniskirts war
Hundreds of women in Isinya, Kajiado county took to the streets on Tuesday to protest against their counterparts dressing in miniskirts and trousers.
According to an eyewitness, the women claimed that those who dress in trousers and mini-skirts were indecent and stealing their men.
The protesters, who were reluctant to articulate their grievances through the media, were calmed down by a local leader who requested them to raise their grievances with the Governor on Wednesday.
However, the women have sworn to return to the streets if their grievances will not be addressed by the County Government of Kajiado.
Just a week ago, they marched down the streets pouring alcohol they claimed had held their husbands captives.
