Kalonzo wants IEBC to lease BVR kits

Wiper Party leader, Kalonzo Musyoka, has warned the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) to conduct a free and fair elections in 2017.

The Wiper Party leader is now proposing that the electoral body get into a leasehold agreement with Biometric Voter Registration (BVR) kits dealers to cut expenditure and seal rigging loopholes that could be used to perpetrate electoral malpractices.

The Wiper leader claimed it was suspect that the Electronic Voter Identification Devices (EVID) failed on the election day in 2013, consequently resulting to a contested presidential results.

In his address, the Wiper leader exuded confidence that he will clinch the CORD ticket and subsequently unseat the Jubilee administration.

The Wiper Democratic Movement will on Saturday, November 12 tour Voi, Taita Taveta and Oloitoktok in a bid to popularize his candidature.
