Katitu To Know His Fate On Friday

The court will give verdict on the case against the policeman otherwise known as 'Katitu‘ whose arrest caused last week led to days of chaos at Githurai 45.

The ruling will be given by Justice Roselyn Korir.

Residents of Githurai 45 engaged the police in running battles last week demanding the release of Musila who they regard as a crime buster.

The accused and his advocate, Cliff Ombeta arrived in court on Wednesday hoping to hear the case but it was postponed to Friday.

The court has issued a stern warning to supporters of the accused against being rowdy and blocking roads.
