KEBS Suspends 76 Manufacturing Licenses

The Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) has suspended manufacturing licenses for seventy six local brewers. The manufacturers will have to meet tough licensing conditions including installing a sophisticated equipment that can detect methanol for the suspension to be lifted as the government steps up its fight against killer brews that have claimed more than 400 lives this year.….Michael Njenga has the details.
