Kenya Targets 3 Million Tourists By 2017

Tourism Cabinet Secretary Phillis Kandie says tourist numbers have been adversely affected by insecurity and travel advisories recently issued by some states.

Kandie called for concerted efforts from all tourism stakeholders to revive the tourism sector from the current challenges it is facing.

Tourism Kenya Chair Ibrahim Mohamed said tourists coming to Kenya are mainly from Europe, America and India.

Mohamed called for more investments in the sector.
