Kenyan students emerge winners in Miss United Nations 2019 pageant

A group of 17 Kenyan students are among winners in the just concluded Miss United Nations 2019 held in Jalandhar, Punjab in India.

The event held from November 1 to November 9 brought contestants from all over the world who showcased their different cultures.

The pageant focuses on volunteer work. Each contestant selected to represent their country must have a background in volunteer work for their community.
