Majority of those who responded to a query posted on Social Media by the Citizen TV digital division accused the administration of President Uhuru Kenyatta of capitalizing on Public Relations rather than addressing the real issues facing Kenyans.

Mwangi Kamau ‏@mwangiekamau  said, “Personally I have seen the world class speeches but without actions. Will is there but No execution!!”

Arnold Makumba ‏@Arnomak, “What is there to show for 2 years in office apart from excellent PR, increased cost of living, mega corruption and insecurity?”

Crossley Mwanga ‏@crossleyMwanga, “The government has failed in many aspects! For any rating, we, Kenyans must be secure. We are NOT yet at 20%.”

Nin Walan100% ‏@Marco8muslimano, “Jubilee has failed in every sense, Security, increased youth unemployment, corruption, lack of integrity by MPs and many others.”

Economic growth and cheaper power

However, a few others felt that the government has done well especially in economic development by commencing the construction of the Standard Gauge Railway (SGR), increased power production and launch of the LAPSSET project.

Framar-kenya ‏@Framarvictor, “After two years, our economy has grown robustly with the statistics placing Kenya as a middle income earner.”
