VIDEO: Kenyatta has 48 hours to name Justice Tunoi tribunal

President uhuru kenyatta has less than 48 hours to establish a tribunal to probe the sh. 200m bribery allegations against supreme court Judge Phillip Tunoi or face a litany of legal consequences.
The Judicial Service Commission today insisted it handed to the president the requisite documents asking him to form the tribunal on 9th February.
Legal experts tell Citizen TV that the president has no option but to obey the constitution or expose himself to legal suits and even an impeachment petition.
