Kidero, Shebesh To Face Criminal Charges

Making the directive, High Court judge Justice Isaac Lenaola, stated the orders he had issued giving the two a chance to reconcile out of court has lapsed.

Shebesh’s lawyer Cecil Miller has told the court his client is ready to face charges while Kidero’s counsel Tom Ojienda says negotiations are still on.

Governor Kidero is accused of slapping the women representative last year, while Shebesh is accused of disturbing peace at Kidero’s office.
