KUPPET Denies KNUT Merger Claims

Misori says the two teachers unions are just working together on issues affecting teachers but they will not merge.
Misori argues that KUPPET and KNUT have different functions and primary and secondary school teachers in each union have distinct issues they need addressed.
The KUPPET boss further indicated the union will instead focus on strengthening itself to ensure transparency in fighting for teachers’ rights.
