KWS Officer Kills Colleague,Then Kills Himself

Male KWS officer Harun Ahmed is said to have shot his female colleague Munira Harun several times before killing himself through a gunshot in the head.

Area KWS spokesperson Paul Mbugua says efforts by their colleagues to rush them to hospital proved futile.

The female officer died while receiving medical attention.

Mbugua says the cause of the row between the two wildlife wardens remains unclear.

Investigations into the bizzare incident have been launched.
