KWS searching for lions that strayed from Nairobi National Park
The Kenya Wildlife Service is looking for two lions which are on the loose after straying from the Nairobi National Park.
The lions were last spotted in Nairobi’s Langata estate at around 2AM Friday.
According to KWS Corporate Communications Officer Paul Udoto, KWS is still not certain of the number of lions on the loose but can confirm two.

Udoto said the KWS is aware that one of the lionesses had cubbed on the border of Lang’ata Barracks and the park, and are monitoring the situation.
The search operation is currently ongoing with the KWS rangers at the Southern By Pass tracking the stray lions.
