LSK Sues President Kenyatta

The Law Society of Kenya now wants the high court to compel President Uhuru Kenyatta to appoint all the judges who were nominated by the judicial service commission. The lawyers’ body, through Senior Counsel Nzamba Kitonga told the court that President Kenyatta acted outside the constitution when he swore in and gazetted only 11 out of the 25 nominees picked by JSC.
