Man Accused Of Raping,Killing His Step Daughter Arraigned

Police in Kiambu have 10 days to complete investigations in a case where a man is alleged to have dismembered his stepdaughter and stuffed her remains in a suitcase in Ndumberi village. Evanson Ireri who was not allowed to take a plea appeared before Kiambu principal magistrate Charity Oluoch where police have applied to investigate the suspect’s medical background. Kiambu OCPD Stephen Ng'etich said over the weekend that they will prefer murder charges against the suspect. Remains of the six-year-old girl will be laid to rest tomorrow in Ndumberi village.
