Man arrested for defiling three minors in Kuresoi, Nakuru

A 40-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly defiling three girls in Kuresoi North in Nakuru County.

Bernard Ndungu, who was arrested for defiling girls aged six, seven and eight told police that he had been possessed by the devil when he committed the act.

Speaking to Citizen Digital, the parents of the three girls said the suspect – who is well known to the minors – used sweets to lure the girls to his house on Sunday, September 17, where he defiled them and warned them not to reveal the act to anyone.

The victims are set to undergo medical tests before the suspect can be charged with defilement.

According to the Sexual Offences Act, defiling a child under the age of 11 attracts a life imprisonment penalty.
