Man Arrested Over Fuel Siphoning

Police officers and Kenya Pipeline Company officials were on Sunday startled to discover an illegal connection that was being used to direct fuel to a homestead in Kokotoni, Kilifi County. Officials estimate that the audacious siphoning scam could have been used to steal fuel worth more than 80 million shillings.
