Man Charged With Wife’s Murder Denies Charges

It is alleged that on the night of 11th/12th December 2014 Erastus Ngura Odhambo alias baba Billy, murdered his 27 years old wife Linda Wanjiku Irungu.

The  murder is said to have occurred at their home in Waihura court, Buruburu phase five extension .

According to witnesses, the two are said to have engaged in a heated argument on the morning of 12th of December before Erastus turned on his wife and killed her.

The defense requested to make an oral application for bail but has been advised by the court to make a formal application.

The prosecution however at the early stage said it will oppose the bail application.

The case will be heard on the 12th,13th and 14th of October 2015.
