Man defiles, beheads minor

A middle-aged was lynched by an angry mob at Ciariane village, in Igembe-Central Sub-County for allegedly raping a 13 year-old girl and later beheading her.

While confirming the incident, area chief Baariu Isaac said it is alleged the man beheaded the girl in a bid to conceal any evidence.

Baariu added that residents, however, caught him in a nearby village where they beat him up before burning him to death.

Sources reveal that the suspect had served a 5-year jail sentence before the incident.
