Man Dies After Being Electrocuted In Migori

The deceased whose name has been established as Okello Onyango was electrocuted while he was tilling land.

The land he was working on was near a video showroom

According to Uriri OCPD Jacob Kaveria, the deceased was weeding maize in his uncle’s farm when he was electrocuted.

The officer added that the deceased accidentally unearthed wires which were illegally connected through the farm killing him on the spot

Kaveria said that the man suspected of making the illegal; connection has since gone underground

The body of the deceased has been moved to Migori Level Four mortuary.
