Man in court for defrauding businessman of Ksh.15M

A Kajiado court on Monday released businessman Kirit Kanabir on bail in a case he’s accused of defrauding businessman Simon Ntasikoi of Ksh.15.9 million.

While delivering the ruling, Justice Susan Shitubi stated that Kirit obtained the money from Ntasikoi in Namanga under the pretense that he could sell Ntasikoi a house in Nairobi.

Kirit denied the accusation and was freed on a cash bond of Ksh.5 million and a surety of Ksh.10 million.

The case was set for mentioning on September 10, 2018 and hearing on November 20, 2018.
