A 31-year-old man was Sunday night shot dead by suspected gangsters at Ngumba estate in Kasarani, Nairobi.

It is reported that the victim was accosted by two armed robbers who shot him after he declined to surrender his valuables to them.

Kasarani OCPD Robinson Mboloi who confirmed the 9pm incident said a lap top and two phones were stolen from the victim.

The police boss assured that they are pursuing crucial leads expressing optimism that the attackers would be brought to book.

The victim’s body was taken to Neema Hospital mortuary.
