Many universities offering fake degrees

Nearly 10 reputable universities are offering fake degrees, a university audit on all public and private universities operating in Kenya has revealed. And as Sylvia Chebet reports, the audit indicates that nearly all 70 universities in the country are guilty of flouting essential regulations.
