Matiangi orders audit of university programs

Politicians who have earned dubious degrees in a rush to meet education requirements for elections could be among those losing their certificates in an audit ordered by education cabinet secretary Fred Matiang’i. The CS has given the commission for higher education until next month to hand over a status report on universities that could also see guilty institutions lose their charters.
