Mixed Reactions At Ardhi House

A week after Lands Cabinet Secretary Charity Ngilu promised her that her title deed would be ready in a week’s time, Grace Wambui returned to ardhi house hoping for good news. But the 75-year old woman will have to wait a little longer for the tile deed she has been chasing for 13 years.
