Mothers name babies after Obama, Air Force One following visit

Four women who delivered on Friday at the Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Referral Hospital in Kisumu have decided to name their baby boys after the US President Barrack Obama.

Speaking to the press, the mothers said that they named the babies after the US president to honour his visit to the country

The mothers are now evidently hoping that their offspring will be future high-flyers like Obama.

Still in the same city, two mothers took the unusual decision to name their sons after the president’s jet, Air Force One.

Lucy Akinyi Okoth, a mother, said that she decided to name her son AirForceOne Barack Obama so that they can all remember Obama’s visit to Kenya because it was a blessing.

She added that she had been told Air Force One is the best aircraft in the world, which carries the leader of the most powerful nation in the world who is also a Kenyan.
