Motorists Accuse NTSA of Harassment

The motorists claimed that the NTSA officers had turned into a cartel extorting money from motorists

At one point, the situation turned chaotic when the angry motorists pelted the officers with stones forcing them to flee from the area

The protests were led by local MCAs Stephen Munue and Marete Lingiru

The motorists were complaining that they continue to be harrassed by NTSA employees despite complying with all the requirements

The protestors further alleged that the authority has been harassing boda boda operators and demanding amounts of money which most of them are unable to raise.
