MPs From Kisii Region Oppose Calls For Referendum

The leaders who included Richard Onyonka said there was no need for the referendum

ODM's Onyonka, Jimmy Angwenyi of TNA, Richard Tong'i of Ford-People and Wiper’s Ben Momanyi said they were opposed to referendum terming it a waste of time

The MPs faulted CORD principals for dismissing elected leaders and emphasized that it was the work of the National Assembly to deal with national issues.

The four also criticized legislators who have been discrediting the government and told them to respect it since Jubilee was elected by Kenyans

Angwenyi rejected calls to disband the electoral body IEBC saying it has conducted free and fair by elections across the country showing that it was a fair judge
