My Bukusu Ex-Darling Husband

He came to the limelight as the young poor man from the Bukusu community from western Kenya who won the heart of  a Kenyan girl of Indian descent who hails from a well-off family and convinced her to cross cultural barriers to marry him.  He was jobless then but he now has a job at the Nzoia sugar company. But the union of the two that created a social media firestorm has since gone ice cold and is no longer a happily ever-after story after all. His wife Sarika has all but divorced him and gone back home. Willis Raburu reports.
