Nairobi County hospitals lack basics

Public hospitals managed by the Nairobi county government have run out of essential drugs and are no longer providing food and water to admitted patients, Citizen TV can reveal tonight. Debts owed to medical suppliers, doubtful priorities and a bloated wage bill have left county-run hospitals in a sickly state.
