Nairobi stolen laptops syndicate busted in Luthuli
Police in Nairobi have uncovered a theft syndicate in Nairobi where suspects steal laptops and then sell them as refurbished items at different shops.
Detectives from Parklands Police Station recently conducted a raid at one of the shops where they discovered several stolen laptops.
“Police are calling upon members of the public who may have lost laptops within the city in the recent past to visit the station and establish whether their gadgets could be among 9 laptops recovered,” the Kenya Police Service tweet reads.
According to the detectives, two people (pictured below) are suspected to be behind break-ins at different estates in Nairobi.

They have been linked to the Nairobi stolen laptops whose brands include Dell, HP, Compaq among others.
One of the devices which had been reported stolen has since been positively identified by the owner.
