Naivasha Murders Suspects Charged
The two are linked to Sunday night killing of the five employees of a petrol station
The suspects were arrested in Kitale hours after the beastly attack.
They are facing charges of robbery with violence but these could be increased once investigations into the killings were completed.
The prosecution has successfully sought more time to allow further investigations.
The two suspects, Samuel Kimani and Jeffer Wamukota denied the charges and told journalists that they were innocent as they had never visited Naivasha
They have been remanded at the Naivasha Police Station until the 21st of January.
They attributed their woes to an elected leader in Kitale
The suspects are believed to have been part of the gang that attacked the Total Petrol Station using crude weapons.
Among the deceased were two women and three men.
The bereaved are still in mourning as burial arrangements continue.
