Nakuru Governor, NACADA Boss Embroiled in a Political War

Governor Mbugua, who termed Mututho as a political reject, said that the NACADA boss was engaging in matters that are beyond jurisdiction saying that voters are no longer interested in his theatrics.

He said that Mr. Mututho had failed in his duty to curb manufacturing and sale of illicit brews and other drugs in the country and was now embarking on a premature political ambition.

This was after the NACADA chair hinted on a possibility of him contesting for the Nakuru County gubernatorial seat come 2017.

But in a quick rejoider, Mututho said that the Nakuru Governor should be prepared for a major showdown come 2017.

He also accused the Governor of ditching alcoholic licenses to his supporters without proper vetting.
