Nanok Sues EACC Over Graft Allegations

 Nanok claims that EACC has accused him of using public money to pay Sh14 million to an unnamed contractor purportedly for the construction of a bridge which was never constructed.

The governor is seeking a court order to direct EACC to offer him a public apology and also be barred from publishing any report linking him to graft pending hearing and determination of the matter.

 The case is yet to be heard.
