NASA has no right to lecture us on corruption, Jubilee MPs say

A section of Jubilee leaders have launched a scathing attack on the National Super Alliance co-principals, saying that they have been in the government for too long with no substantial achievemens or projects to showcase.

Led by Kigumo MP Jamleck Kamau and his Othaya counterpart Mary Wambui, the leaders speaking in Nakuru during a Jubilee campaign dubbed 100% voter turn-out, slammed the opposition coalition for their continued branding of President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto as corrupt, instead terming them as the “true masterminds of corruption that has bedeviled this country for years.”

“The five leaders of NASA have been implicated in corruption cases. Raila is associated with Kisumu molasses plant saga, Mudavadi was the Finance minister when Kenya lost money in the Goldenberg scandal…,” said Gichugu MP Njogu Barua.

Ruiru MP Esther Gathongo called on the NASA presidential flag-bearer Raila Odinga and his allies to clearly state to Kenyans what they will do for them this time round after having failed to accomplish much for the decades they have been in the government.

“Jubilee government has done a lot for Kenyans, for example ensuring that maternity is free for all mothers. NASA should sit back and watch how a government is run because they have no idea,” blasted Gathogo.

Kipipiri lawmaker Samuel Gichigi urged Kenyans to maintain peace during this electioneering period and to turn out in large numbers to re-elect President Uhuru Kenyatta for a second term in office.
