Nazigi Sacco Opposes NTSA Ban

Matatu owners under suspended Nazigi Sacco will move to court on Monday to contest  the National Transport and Safety Authority's (NTSA) decision to cancel their operating license over alleged perversion attributed to a section of its crew..The operators say the grounding of the  243 vehicles under the sacco will adversely affect their businesses, and result in loan defaults. And as Sam Gituku reports, most of the Nazigi matatus were parked at various garages around the city to avoid impounding.
