Nearly 700,000 children are malnourished in Kenya

Nearly 700,000 children require urgent treatment for acute malnutrition following poor rains that have left families across the country without food on the table. The United Nations children’s fund has called for timely interventions while also warning that more children are dropping out of school as the worst drought to hit the country since 2011 bites.
