Stakeholders in the hotel industry have criticized Wednesday's move by the government to bar ministry officials from holding seminars and other official meetings in private hotels saying it would negatively affect the growth of the hotel sector with the ripple effect being loss of jobs. But as Willis Raburu reports this is not the first time the government is issuing such directive.
