New Traffic Rules To Take Effect From April 1

The implementation of the new traffic rules, termed by a section of matatu operators as punitive, will commence next Tuesday as scheduled despite calls for its postponement. And the government has already briefed the traffic police to be on standby to ensure that all public service vehicles adhere to the new rules as introduced by the national transport and safety authority to streamline the public transport sector and curb road carnage.
