Nkaissery to be buried on Saturday

The body of the late Interior Cabinet Secretary Joseph Nkaisserry will be laid to rest this Saturday, July 15, in his Il Bisil home in Kajiado County.

According to the National Organizing Committee that is in charge of the funeral arrangements for the late Major Gen (Rtd) Joseph Nkaisserry, there will be a memorial service on Thursday, July 13, at the Nairobi Baptist Church on Ngong Road.

The memorial service will kick off at 9:30 am and is open to the general public.

Condolence books will be available from Tuesday, July 11, at the following venues: Harambee House, KICC, the Nairobi Baptist Church and all 47 county headquarters.

Those who wish to pay tribute to the late Cabinet Secretary may sign the condolence books at the listed venues.

Major Gen. (Rtd.) Joseph Nkaissery died on Friday, July 7.

Already, a team of pathologists led by Chief Government Pathologist Johansen Oduour has started conducting an autopsy on the body of the late Interior CS to establish the cause of his sudden death.
