Nkaissery warns Raila over alleged incitement

Interior Cabinet Secretary, Major Gen. (Rtd.) Joseph Nkaiserry, has issued a stern warning to the opposition Coalition for Reforms and Democracy (CORD) leader, Raila Odinga, over incitement statements he has consistently made during his political rallies.

Speaking after donating assorted learning materials and general accessories to General Joseph Nkaisserry High School in Kajiado Central, the CS warned Odinga to stop inciting Kenyans in the name of seeking political mileage in his campaigns.

Nkaiserry urged the National Integration Commission chairman, Francis ole Kaparo, to probe Odinga over comments he (CS) alleges that Odinga made potraying the government as a hater of the Muslim faithful.

On the other hand, the CS has also denied reports that the government was using force to close the Dadaab Refugee Complex in Northern Kenya.

“We were not closing refugee camp by force but after entering into an agreement with all the stakeholder involved,” he said.
