Obey Court Orders, Mutunga Tells Kenyans

Mutunga called on Kenyans to respect court rulings whether they are favorable or not saying ignoring them would result in anarchy.

This after the Senate and the Embu county assembly ignored court orders issued barring debate on the impeachment motion against Embu governor Martin Wambora.

The CJ was speaking while launching a report on the state of the judiciary.

Mutunga added that judicial reforms are on course to ensure courts work better.

He called for more funding to go towards the judiciary.
