Oburu Faults Judges on RMS

The Senator said the Supreme Court was wrong to cast aspersions on the process through which Dr Macharia and RMS obtained the licenses in the 90’s.

On the contrary, Dr Oginga said, the license was legally acquired.

He wondered what informed the Supreme Court judge Mohamed Ibrahim allegations against Dr Macharia and RMS in a section of the ruling that he read.

Dr. Macharia told the Supreme Court, that the frequencies were awarded following a protracted court battle with the then regime.
