Odinga claims of yet another secret underground water project

CORD leader, Raila Odinga, took on the government over a dam project which he said was a move to channel water from the Lake Victoria basin to Nakuru basin.  And as Stephen Letoo reports, Odinga said the Itare Dam project had been initiated to provide water for businesses owned by senior government officials.
