Even as CORD claims it has already collected more than three million signatures to justify its push for a referendum, kenyans may have to wait until the end of 2015 to participate in the Okoa Kenya referendum…and as Jacky Maribe reports, observers now question whether this could be a means for cord to gauge its political strength ahead of 2017 general election.
