Ol Kalou MP David Kiaraho grilled over alleged misuse of Ksh.120M CDF funds

Ol Kalou Member of Parliament David Kiaraho was on Monday grilled at the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) offices in Nyeri over graft allegations.

The commission reportedly queried the legislator over the misappropriation of Ksh.120 million NG-CDF funds after investigations revealed glaring questions in the process.

The MP and his NG-CDF officials also face other accusations ranging from fraud, conflict of interest, embezzlement and misappropriation of public funds between 2013 and 2018.

“So far several persons including CDF members, the fund manager, project management committee members such as school boards of management and suppliers/contractors have been interviewed and recorded statements,” said the commission.
