Parents, Teachers celebrate top KCPE performers

Victor Oduor of Daisy Special School in Kakamega County has emerged the best student in this year’s Kenya Certificate of Primary Education scoring 437 marks out of a possible 500. He was joined by his family, teachers and residents of the town to celebrate this fete.
