PIC Wants Kimunya Prosecuted

A key parliamentary committee has endorsed the controversial Standard Railway Gauge Project. But the Public Investments Committee gives conditions for the implementation of the project including the fast-tracking of the Nairobi-Malaba phase and the need to secure foreign funding. The Adan-Keynan led committee also wants former Transport Minister Amos Kimunya prosecuted for ignoring summons issued by the committee. Willis Raburu reports.
