The Fifth National and County Government Coordinating Summit held at the Sagana State Lodge in Nyeri County came to a close on Thursday amid glamour, laughter and cheers.
From the time he stepped out for the closing ceremony attended by top government officials and hundreds of students and their teachers, President Kenyatta lit up the mood in the tented, picturesque venue, that was later capped by photo sessions with those in attendance.
