Plans For KWS, KFS Merger Underway

Environment, water and natural resources cabinet Secretary Prof Judy Wakhungu says a task force has been formed to carry out a feasibility study and advice her appropriately.

Wakhungu was speaking as she presided over graduation of 229 students at the Kenya Forestry College in Londiani.

Earlier, Wakhungu launched a GIS machine in Isiolo County which she says will tap underground water and reverse the perennial water shortage in marginal areas.
